Advanced Clamping Unit: TP5 series precision energy-saving injection molding machine is an upgrade to the A5 series. Its clamping unit employs high-reliability design technology, combining uniform mold compression technology with a T-slot platen to significantly reduce stress concentration while enhancing platen rigidity and durability. It also equips with a pull-back ejector system as a standard feature, meeting the requirements for special molds.

Enhanced Injection Unit: Its injection unit has been fully improved with a new power system, resulting in an average 8% increase in both injection speed and screw rotation speed, and a 10% improvement in plasticizing efficiency.

Eco-Friendly & Efficient: Its green plasticizing function reduces energy consumption. The hydraulic system adopts new-generation servo technology to achieve faster response and lower consumption while reducing the dry cycle time by 8% to 25%.

Smart Control System: The KEBA controller supports multiple communication interfaces, multi-curve displays, and energy management. In addition, the machine incorporates an intelligent clamping force management system and a preventive monitoring function for key components to improve production stability and service life.
